ITS FIXED, thanks to rick's rotary

i reccomend ricks rotary in pleasanton to anyone that wants to get their car fixed right. he not only told me what was wrong with it, fixed it for a reasonable price, but he also told me what else was wrong(ie. LCA bushings etc...) my car is now boosting a perfect stock pattern. it feels like a new car since i was only boosting 4lbs. i had no clue it was this fast now the hard part is finding all the ***** v8's and ricers. once again, mad thanks to ricks rotary.

Yeah, Rick seems to be a real cool guy. I've never to the shop but spoke to him on the phone once. He was explaining to me how he would fix something on the phone and answering my questions. Most shops would just tell you to bring the car.

I didn't go to him bc it's further for me. I live on the Pennisula and there are a few other rotary gods here. I haven't heard any negative feedback about Rick's so kudos to Rick for supporting the rotary community and treating us right.

I called him once around a year ago when I needed a rebuild. he said that he didn't recieve or ship any engines...the car would have to be brought in. Compltely understanable.

I told him that I lived in Atlanta and it would not be feasible for me to bring the car. Oh well, I then just asked him if he had any tips about connecting the bell housing to the engine because I would be doing the install myself. His respomse was and I quote "I don't make any money by giving advice over the phone". I have never called him again and never will.

He needs to learn that without the customer his business will not survive. You don't treat potential out of state customers like **** and your surrounding customers like gold.

At the time it wasn't feasible to take the car that far but later the opportunity presented itself. Guess who didn't get my business. After talking with Dave@KDR several times before and him helping me greatly and returning my calls I carried my engine to him for all my business.
