How's it going,

I've been having cold start idle problems. Well I call it a problem but not too serious. Here goes, I crank it up and it misfires a littlle until warm, no blue smoke or white smoke. During this warm up period and also when warm, I can rev it up to 2.5 or 3k doesn't matter, and hold it there and it sputters down then comes back up and on and on and on it goes.


I changed my oil tonight after 7k miles(just kidding) so before i crunk it up I held the gas down and spun it over for a about 10 secs. The reason for this is because if my injectors are leaking and puddling gas in the housing, OR if I have a coolant seal failure(which I doubt I have either) my plugs should be wet when I take them out. The plugs were fine and dry. Crunk up the car and the same ole same ole.

Also, when the car is fully warm I can rev up to 1.5k and let off and I get these little backfires. Could be related to my other problems.

I'm not having any boost leaks or gasket leaks that i can find with starting fluid.

So great rotary minds why the hell.
