Arrow Issue with fuel, or ignition system

I made a thread a while back about my problem but didnt really get anything of vaule, so Im going to try again.

I have a new rebuild I did myself. I used RA seals with OEM springs. Right after I got the car back in one piece I did a compresion check and on both rotors and on all sides the results were 90. I know this is low but I figured it was because it was a new engine with 0 miles on it, plus the RA seals take longer to break in from what Ive heard. At first it seemed like it was running really rich and bogging down, but I think Ive changed my mind now. I tested the position of the TPS, and it was off at idle. It was showing a higher voltage at idle then what it should have making it run rich at idle and possible light loads? Anyways that is fixed and I drove it around and it drove slighlty better but this time is acted more like it was out of gas or missing. Im pretty sure I am getting spark from all wires, and the plugs are brand new. I tried resetting my ECU but I dont think it worked plus Im not sure if it would. I have a stock computer with a PFS purple box. My mods are as followes:
K&N intake
DP
gutted cat
RB duel exauhst
ported waste gate (on a set of really fucked up twins that will be replaced later)
PFS purple computer
koyo radiator
and some other little things

As I am driving the engine sounds like it is missing and when its under light load in the 2k-3k range it acts like its missing or out of gas, but as soon as you stumble out of this range it accelerates smoothly. Im not sure how well it does this after 3k because i try not to take it past 4k rpms.

What would be the symtoms of a thrust bearing that had dropped during the build? I thought I had this done properly but it might have fallen down and got pinched. Im not getting any error codes from the crank angle sensor though.

Im not getting a signal from the O2 sensor but given the nature of my problems I dont think it is causing my problems. I think this is error code 17.

Could the problem lie in the ECU or the piggyback? Ive checked the grounds and they all look good.

What are some things I could check or start looking at. I know that timing is only adjustable through programable computer, so could I have a bad coil or failing coil and not know it?

Anything that could hepl me start fixing this problem would help me out a lot. Thanks in advance.

The PFS Purple box is programable. You sure about the fuel and ignition maps that are in it?

I would assume that you would have to retune it with a new motor. You might try unplugging the PFS box and run on the stock ecu only and see what happens. I wouldn't get on it though without retuning.

Or use setting one, which is supposed to be just about stock.

The purple box worked for me before on the same engine set up. Same street port, mods ect. I wouldnt think that it would cause a problem. I will be unplugging it make my adjustments though.
