Question Issue with fans not kicking on

i recently had a new radiator put in because the stocker broke and i wanted to upgrade anyways.

the problem is that the fans wont turn on automatically to cool the car down. after some searching, i found the fans will come on when i turn on the a/c and i checked the relays and they all still click. i was also thinking about the thermosensor but i dont know yet (i would just get the fc one). the car is an 1994 auto if it matters.

so i was wondering if there was something common that could have happen to cause this that i can fix?

Check all of your electrical connections, including the connections at the relays, and at the fans themselves.

Check to make sure all the air is "burped" out of the engine. If hot water is not reaching the fan thermoswitch, the fans will not come on w/o the AC on.

You could always just hardwire the fans to always on unless someone can give a decent reason as to not do this. I have never heard or rotaries "over-cooling"

"Always on" has been known to drastically shorten the life of the fan motors.

'Always on" will cause the car to "normally" run at at temperature controlled by the t-stat, which should be 180 degrees. The problem with that, is that the stock ECU doesn't think the engine is fully warmed up at 180. At 180, the ECU will run the engine rich, especially at high boost at high rpm. This significantly reduces performance.
