TX Intermittent starting problems

So I have a problem with starts, hoping someone can help guide me on what to check. From time to time the car will start right up with no problem. But, more times than not I get nothing. With the key in the ignition in the 'on' position all my electrical works, dash lights, radio, etc. When I go to turn the key to start nothing happens. No starter click, no attempt at turn over. My 3 thoughts initially to check are ignition switch, starter motor, and/or starter solenoid itself. Any thoughts would be much appreciated and how-to's for checking. manual tranny, 120k miles

I had this problem once. Check your security relay. It's located in the driver kick panel. Do some searches on security relays. I bypassed mine, It was fairly simple. There was a thread on here about how to do it. I'll post it if I can find it.
