Intermittent running on one rotor
Intermittent running on one rotor
So, having a bit of an issue here.
Last night car running fine, just idling, turn it off, start it again within a minute and now it runs on one rotor. Left it overnight and now it runs fine.
Not flooded, rear rotor running fine, good spark on both rotors , compression great(5k km motor) front plugs completely dry and rears normal ,both primaries fire when 12 volts applied.
Now I've determined the front primary wasn't firing, And I cannot figure out why.
Injector is seeing 12 volts where it should even when it was not firing like it should.
So the only thing i'm thinking it could be is the wiring harness or ecu.
Car is running a power FC, single turbo, no emissions, stock primaries, 1680 secondaries with resistors.
Still on a base map, Hasn't been driven yet, just idled.
Harness re-wrapped last year and worked fine all last summer.
One other thing that may be of importance is that i had repaired the power fc, Several traces on the board where severed. But again, It ran fine all last summer.
Should i break out the oscilloscope or is there something simple i should check first?
thanks

I feel like an idiot, or am an idiot, one of the two.
Installed a new dual pump setup and i guess something went wrong with the level sender wiring, car was just out of gas.
Which still baffles me, no idea why it would run on rear rotor only.
