Intermittent idle problem

While checking for a boost problem ( Turbo control actuator), I removed my expansion manifold to check for vacuum leaks. After removal and cleaning the throttle body, everything went back as it came off. Now, my idle will "seek and hunt", but only when it's warmed up. Also, sometimes it will remain steady after warm up. I did replace the throttle body to expansion chamber gasket. Could it be a sometimes sticking check valve?
Also, I just unstuck the TCA, still need to replace it, could that be it?
thanks guys.
BTW, removed PFS purple for now, so that could not be problem.

Sounds like maybe you offset your TPS. Throttle position sensor. Just my guess really. You can look on the back usually the factory puts some white paint on it to mark it's position. If your lucky it's still there.
Good luck
