interesting fuel line issue/problem

FWIW, the engine has carbon lock and I haven't been able to get it running yet...but, when looking at the main feed/preesure fuel line, i notice it's expanded/ "bloated" looking, when fuel has filled up at the bottom of the soft line just off the hard line, and has expanded the soft line.

If i unscrew the clamp a bit, then it gently spays out and the fuel line goes back to it's normal size.

any idea what the deal is?

Sounds like a fuel line ready to fail.....replace the rubber line before you have to deal with a engine bay fire.
