Intercooler Ducting
I recently installed an Autoexe Intake and the two holes that originally went from the intercooler to the stock airbox are now left uncovered. Do I completely seal them airtight or just put some foam over them to act as a filter? I have searched the forms for quite some time and I haven't found an image or photo that gives me a definitive answer, some images only had one hole covered with duct tape and the other left open. What are the benefits/consequences of covering/not covering these holes.

You do want to seal them off. You can find black plastic at the hardware store that you can cut to shape and install with self tapping screws or rivets.
You want all the air pressure int that duct to go through the intercooler, with that hole the air will take the easy path out and you'll lose intercooler efficiency - higher intake air temps will rob performance.
