Exclamation Intake temps too cold?

Well I think I finally found a drawback to my nice big FMIC (RX-7 Fashion), my intake air temps hit 0C today on the way into work. Ambient temps here have been hovering around the freezing mark and there was no traffic this morning so I was cruising at about 80. Aside from the obvious detonation and boost spike potential from the densness of the cold air do you think there is any danger of ice forming from moisture in the intake tract? Any other potential hazards from being too cold? I still have coolant flowing to my TB. On another related note my water temps have been low too, usually around 83 when cruising.
