Intake question
Sorry for this question upfront. I search and got no where however this is prob a basic question.
At what rpm range does the upper intake begin to pull in air. At idle and up to 3000rpm no air is being pulled into the upper intake. THe lower one was sucking in strong.
Sorry for the rookie question.
Also I have a fmic and the last owner had apexi's rigged together however he left gaps in the piping to make it work. Will the Greedy or HKS fit in correctly with no modification to the intakes?
Thanks!

To clarify I am talking about the upper pipe where your intake is connected. the one closest to the nipple you hook your boost gauge up to. (sucks not knowing what the hell its called (sorry).
THe car had intakes, down pipe, hi flow cat. I have been limping around going no higher than 3500 rpm until my pfc gets here. Not sure if Im being paranoid here or not but not knowing much at this point I am playing it safe.
Thanks!
