What is wrong with your vision? That is awesome intake with an active control intake ram (ala Mig. 29) to maximize intake pressure and reduce bird ingestion at low altitude. And they're bling bling too!

If I were you, I would go get your eyes checked.

I was working on something for my car that would basically be a ram air. The only concern (if you can call it that) was what about when I'm just cruising at 90mph. Is that ram air going to actually create manifold pressure??? I dont know if it would or not or even if it would matter. If it did create more pressure while cruising I'd have to run more fuel to compensate.

Hmmmm, always thinking of something

nothing that your PFC wouldn't compensate for... It knows your pressure whether it is from the turbos or ram - effect it doesn't care.

Need to make sure you follow a curve to support 600cfm at peak hp 6600 rpm. Otherwise the engine will have to work to suck in the air through the ducting regardless of speed. So at 30 mph in 1st are you going to be getting the airflow you need or is the engine going to have to do the work?

As far as ceramic coating the general rule of thumb is that it reduces heat transfer by 20 - 35%.

It depends on the ceramic coat that u use.

Also, it smooths out the surface area as well.

what kind of shop/place does ceramic coating?

btw speaking of experimenting w/ intakes & stuff... what about that heat wrap for your exhaust/dp/mp?
what would that do to your intake pipes? is it worth trying?

also the hks jpec rs intake for stock twins w/ hard pipes... i was thinking about getting it... any opinions?
