Installed Twinpower - Now pops from exhaust?

Installed the twinpower, the red light is on, the car drives great from idle to redline
However, when I let off the throttle or put the clutch in, I get a pop
or 2 from the exhaust much more frequently than I did before the installation.
It happens during both spirited and casual driving
Any ideas why that would be?

How would that cause the exhaust noise?

More complete combustion leading to hotter EGTs perhaps

I wouldn't sweat it if all else appears fine. Just keep your wits about you on the trip

I also have the twin power, and I also get pops from my exhaust, typically when operated in higher RPM engine power to engine braking, and redline shifts...I dig it though. It adds to the effect when giving people a rip in the 7 for the first time.

Did you re-tune after installing the twinpower?

You really should re-tune. Upgrading the igniton will lean out the afr to some degree.

Car worked great over the weekend, no issues in the 9 hours of highway driving or 2 days of autocross
