Question Installed stereo & alarm, car won't start

I just had a shop install a stereo system and alarm a few days ago and now my car will not start. The day I picked up my car from the audio shop they had to jump start it. I thought that was normal because my car was sitting for a week. Then the next morning, it would not start and it wouldn't even jump start. But I was able to pop start it. I thought it might be my battery that was kinda old so I bought a new Optima battery and put it on yesturday and it still would not start or even jump but agin I was able to pop start it. When I try to start it, there is no noise and will not turn over. When I took it to Kragen, they did a battery test and the new battery had a full charge but it has a constent charge to. I unhooked my amp to see if it was draining all the juice, but that did not solve the problem. Could it be the starter or starter silinoid? Please let me know what you guys think.
Thanks,
Erik

take it back to the shop who ****ed it up and demand they fix that. did they tell you anything when you were leaving? sounds pretty shady. you shouldnt have to jump start anything after a week of not driving.
