Unhappy Installed R1 Lip, now airbag light on.

I installed an R1 lip on my 93 touring yesterday, carfully jacked it up, took out the 10-odd bolts, put the new one on. Also rotated the tires at the same time. Now, I'm not a bozo and didn't drop the car hard when I let it down, or jack it up by the front underpan. The light blinks 6 times, which means clockspring or dash issue. I DIDN'T MESS WITH THE DASH! I've already did the MIS answer for everything - disconnedted the battery for 30 seconds and reconnet. No change, except now my presets on my stereo need to be re-inputted also.
Has anybody else had this problem, or is it just bad timing? Also, where is the front airbag sensor located? Could I have popped or shorted a wire when I was re-installing the new lip? I don't want to get rid of the airbag - I like having cruise control, so that is not a option. I hope this isn't an electrical gremlin I'll be chasing for the next 5 months! Thanks for your help.

Where is the plug/sensor? Do I need to remove the underpan to get to it or through engine compartment?
