Installed Hallman Pro-RX kit from Damien's writeup..now problem

I replaced my turbos and along with that I installed the Pro-RX boost controller in Damien's writeup (perfect boost pattern). Now I am not spiking, but my primary does not go above .5 bar and my secondary just flat out dies or barely does .1 bar. Now, this is going from a stand on all five gears, zero, nada. Then I would be cruising and I got WOT and I would see some seconday at about .3 bar. I tried playing around with the boost controller, but nothing. Could it be some solenoid is bad, maybe some vacum line is loose? HELP!! The car is almost sold and I need it to run right.

When I first bought the car the car boosted fine up to .8 bar and did a perfect boost pattern, sometimes briefly spiking. My engine is healthy, I removed the EGR, I have a DP, a 3" exhaust, pullies, and thats about it. Now intake or any other mods that could affect air flow or exhaust flow.

What do you guys think it is?

Did you block the WG actuator exit nipple and hose to the WG solenoid? A ball/spring boost controller will not function properly if the line to the WG solenoid is still open.
