Inset Headlight conversion

If I install the carbon fiber inset headlights inplace of the flip-ups, can I take out the motors and its fuse box? I bought a yellow top optima battery, but had to make some really crappy adjustments since the positive terminal is attatched to that fuse box. Any help?

There are other important things in that fuse box; take a look at the cover.
