Unhappy Innovate LM1 broken

I just sent back my LM1 WB box. It kept blowing fuses in the power cord of the LM1. I checked my voltage coming from the cig lighter, all was good. Took the ohm meter and found that power and ground are shorted together. Damn, thats why the fuse blows. Any way I sent it back for repair and will see if the warranty is still good. Sounds like it is and I did nothing to void it, so I will see. Just venting and seeing if anyone else had troubles with the LM1.

Yeah, called them. They gave me an RMA. I had to pay for shipping out, but they will payu shipping back. I should know by Monday whats wrong. They have been great to deal with so far. After talking to the tech, he said they have not had many failures and the unit is pretty robust.

They replaced the failed component and they are sending it back. I should have it around Friday. They were great to deal with and very helpful. Quick turn around time too.
