Inner door window seal attachment repair?
Looking for some repair advice here…
The inner window rubber seal on my FD is slightly loose at the forward edge of my driver door panel; I thought it was a bad/torn seal, but after pulling off the panel I found that the seal attachment point of the door panel itself is damaged, sort of torn off the foam. I thought I had cobbed up a way to hold it in place but that tore away too. So what I am wondering is whether there is an epoxy or some other material that will bond to the foam to secure the seal in place in lieu of the now-damaged screw attachment point on the inside of the door panel. It is just the front most mount, the rest of the attachments are still intact. The seal itself is NLA, so a permanent bond is okay at this point. Thanks for any advice!

This is really ghetto, but I've used a bit of gasket sealant as a kind of glue to hold a the seal at the bottom of my door in place. It's fairly strong and waterproof, and when the time comes that I get a new seal it should come off fairly easy.
