I'm sorry to do this, but I've been searching for awhile, but what is the stock 1/4 mile time of the 3rd gen rx7 ? Hopefully next summer I will be able to get one. It has been my dream car for 2 years now. This is my first post here, but I will be here awhile!

If I was to get one, what would be the best mods to do for it, so that it would be faster? I know several guys with not heavily, but moded american cars (camaro, trans am, mustangs), that I need to put in my book of shame. Would a manual transmition make the car much more faster? reason I ask, is because I don't know how to drive one
Well, I sorta know how, but I still kill it on occasion, and that's only on flat lands... see where I'm going at....

Thanks for all the help !

probably upgrade the exhaust first, downpipe with a catback, throw in an aftermarket intake......it just depends on what your $ situation is and what you can afford.
