Increasing power on twins..

Hi guys first post on here lol.. iv got a 93 twin turbo at the mo, id like to increase the power as much as poss but safely..
At the mo the mods i have are:

hks twin induction kit
kakimoto backbox
hks boost controller
hks bov
hks hypermax suspension
hks intercooler hard pipes
hks turbo timer
Removed a/c

now iv just bought the following:

apexi fc and commander
feed downpipe
decat pipe
greddy pullys n belts

Also im removing the air pump and blanking it off along with the arc n bits, removing the 2ndry butterflys and porting the plenum in all the possible places for max flow...

Iv been told that is i upgrade the primary injectors to 850`s, fit a upgraded fuel pump and a fpr then i can safly run 1bar of boost and see around 320bhp..

Will this be safe with standard cooling and radiator? or is there a better way of increasing the power safely..

soz for the long post lol

cheers for any info/advice you can give me.

WTF do these have to with power mods:

hks bov
hks hypermax suspension
hks intercooler hard pipes
hks turbo timer
Removed a/c

Yes, you will have a full exhaust and intake with a Power FC. You will need an intercooler to really open things up and run above 10-11 psi. You need to port your wastegate (which means pulling the turbos) to prevent creep with the midpipe (decat). You will also need upgraded fuel pump and injectors (FPR not needed) so you can run up to 15 psi.

When you've done all that, you will have gone as far as you can with the stock twins barring engine porting. Of course, if you still have the stock clutch, that will be toast so you'll need a stronger one (ACT S/S). And wider wheels and tires. Etc.

upgrade ur cooling and fuel first! radiator, ast, intercooler.

if ur sticking with stock twins, go with stock 550cc primaries + supra fuel pump and 1300cc 2ndaries. 2ndary injectors are more important than primaries. that setup will work better in the long run than running 850s all around.

more fuel and cooling is ur safe way to increase power

..and a good tune

No. Search under 'boost creep' for more info. It's a mechanical condition that an electronic ecu or boost controller can't cure.
