im having an odd issue with the brakes

ok i recently changed my pads rotors and lines. get everything back together and bleed the brakes. the pedal pumps up but if you take your foot off for 5 seconds the next time you push it, it go's straight back to the floor and you have to pump it up again. i bled it and bled it for 2 days, same BS. so i bought a new master cylinder........ just installed new master cylinder and its doing the same ****. its not the booster, and now i can honestly say its not the master cylinder. i am completely out of ideas. anyone have any suggestions????????

Also, did you bench bleed the master before installing? I would make absolutely sure you don't have any leaks before you bleed the system again.
