I'm Almost Happy With My Setup

So I haven't posted anything about my FD for some time and that's probably because it's been down for some time. Rebuild and a bunch of other stuff..

Have to thank the guys at www.GothamRacing.com for doing such a great job and making sure that i came out a happy camper in the end. Very cool doods and will take care of ya.

So this is what I added to what's in my mod list in my sig.

- Garett GT35/40 Turbo Kit. Down Pipe & Manifold Ceramic Coated
- 45mm Turbosmart Wastegate
- Mid Pipe
- Greddy Race Plugs
- NGK Plug Wires
- Supra Fuel Pump
- Pri Fuel Rail Milled w/850cc - Sec Top Feed Rail w/1600cc Injectors
- SX Fuel Pressure Regulator
- 3 Bar Map Sensor

- Garfinkle Engine Torq Brace

- Eurathane Motor mounts
- 9Lb Racing Beat Flywheel

- Volk Gramlight 57Pro 17x9 & 17x10 Wrapped in 235/40 & 275/40 Yokohama ES100

Haven't hit the dyno yet but running around town with 10psi and have the Profec high set to 15psi...Feels great and i am smiling

I still need a greddy mushroom filter with a 4" inlet if anyone knows where to get one...Right now I have an old K&N filter that was crushed to fit properly.

Looks great! You've got enough fuel to go to the moon with that setup! Can't wait to hear how the numbers come out.

Dave, you have one of the nicest and cleanest FDs ever! But aren't you going back to Jamaica soon, then selling the car?

Actually, yes...Moving back to the homeland in about a year (that's the current plan)...and the sucky thing is that I have been researching shipping it down with me...Unfortunatley the country says I can't import anything more than 5 years old (probably a good thing since maintenance downt there and support would be little to none)...There is no way in hell I am going to sell my car...I will store it in FL which is about $250 flying away from Jamaica. So I will fly up, spend time with my bros and drive the hell out of it. This whole moving back home thing is still up in the air....It all depends on the little lady...Damn, getting older sux. All this friggin responsibility and ****.

Very nice!

BTW, all that money spent and you're running ES 100's? Any reason you didn't go with a tire with higher performance, especially since you're laying down some serious horsepower?

Davo, you definitely need to enter that sucker in a car show. Also, if you need someone to take care of her while you are out in Jamaica, let me know. Seriously.

Smile

gotham racing fucked my brother over, he bought a BPU setup for his supra from there b/c they had the cheapest prices on ****... it took almost a month for the **** to get here, and they called him up asking for more money. im suprized the **** even came. its not very professional to call someone up after a sale and ask for more money either. i definitly wont buy anything from them, im glad that your setup turned out as good as it did tho. looks beautiful.
