Ignition probs...

Hey guys..a little background.
I own a 2001 FD with stock engine, stock ignition, upgraded intercooler, intake, exhaust, boost controller.
ECU is the power fc.
I tried tuning the other day, but fell into some probs.Seems that I cannot boost more than 14psi without breakin up unless I go a lot leaner with the AFRs. I am trying to keep the AFRs in the very low 11s in order to keep in pretty safe.
I am running stock 7 and 9s, with no AI.
What do you guys recommend in order to get rid of this problem?
Thanks for any advice.

you obviously need to upgrade your egnition. it breaks up at around 12-13 psi. look into getting an hks twin power, that should do you good.
