ignition channels?

Hi guys, not sure if this goes in the 3rd gen section or power fc forum.

Im in contact with M&W Ignition to see if there kit would be good for me.

They do to kits, one road, one race(meth etc)

When i was asking about it, saying im not sure what ill need etc he asked me he needed to know how many ignition channels from the ecu are going to be available to fire spark plugs?

now im using a power fc, he asking how many channels are coming from the ecu to the ignition, like 4(1 for each plug)

im really a noob when it comes to stuff like this and i dont know exactly what he means, could someone chip in and help me

Thanks in advance

Lee

ok thanks mad 7ist.

Im guessing that its 1 for the leading and 2 for the trailing as i know you can fire the leading at the same time but not the trailing, i read its a wasted spark setup
