I can't confirm a fix at this time. Here's where I'm at though.
We have checked the map and sent the injectors out to be cleaned. Once the injectors were put back in the car was flooding immediately. Leads me to say things were set way too high for fuel. Problem is, I have been way too busy to have anyone, or myself, mess with resetting the fuel. I really don't feel comfortable making those adjustments. I will say that I feel the injectors were clogged a bit. The absolutely puke fuel now. I also will be replacing the wiring harness. It's the only thing left that makes any since and it's time for it anyway. I hope to get to the car soon. I have 2 schools I have to go away for and I'm moving. So free time is hard to come by right now. I will up date as soon as I can.
Please keep me posted if you cure this issue with your car. Good luck.

I have seen this before in the past, been in many discussions about it, and come to the conclusion that it is too much fuel. I have a single turbo setup with MSD blaster coils on the leads, MSD digital 6 plus, heavy duty this and that and running autolite plugs. Once they foul from the rich mixture you have the breakup. Try a fresh set of plugs and I bet it does not breakup until they begin to foul.

Who cleaned your injectors? I had a similar issue when installing my reman and my problem was leaky injectors, which were cleaned - blalnced by RC. I had to remove the UIM and short the fuel pump to see three of the four dumping fuel. I installed NEW injectors, de-flooded, changed the oil and all is well. BTW I checked everything else possible before the checking the injectors.

By all means, im not an expert, but i had a similar problem a few months back, and i thought it was ignition related as well. turns out my tps plug was a little loose. my voltage was off big time bc of this. i pushed it in and it secured it self properly, and the problem went away.
Have you checked your tps to make sure the voltage is correct?
