if your car is down right now, why?

For those of you whose car is sick right now, what broke and what is it that your fixing or waiting on? And your future plans with your situation. I was just wondering how many people right now have a sick car and what their story it.

Mine is down, due to snow. I plan to fix this problem by moving south once I get out of college.

It could be much worse. Flooding is not nearly as big a problem as people make it out to be. Inconvenient? Yes. End of the world? No.

I lost a fight with a curb. Blew out a bit of the driver's side suspension-lower arm, shock, toe link, two rims, etc., etc., etc. I just might get her back today though. (Fingers are securely crossed!)

Problem: terrible hydraulic problem in tranny...coolant leak...just fixed a flooded engine...and shitty u-joints.

Plans: getting a new tranny and beefing it up, new water pump and hoses, and the carbon-fiber driveshaft from Rotary Performance.

Well it snowed so I figured this would be the best time to put in the new clutch, DP, EBC, UDPs, and other misc.

Parked for the winter anyway, so it's a good time to put in a new clutch.

3 options
1) Hold gas pedal on the floor for a few seconds, then crank engine while still holding pedal.

2) Pull fuel pump relay, remove bottom two spark plugs, crank the engine a few times. Put ATF in spark plug holes, reinstall plugs, put pump relay back in, start engine.

3) Push start it. (my favorite, for obvious reasons.)
