idler pulley question

well my idler pulley is giving me the impression its on its way out. starts to give the rough loud screeching noise like a bearing is no longer lubricated. can i get some info on replacing it.

just remove the pulley and press the old bearing out of it. get a new bearing in any auto parts (3.00 +-)store by using the the part # on the old one.
