Idler pulley for A/C only?

I searched and didnt quite find what I was looking for.

I have no power steering and want to still use the A/C. So I want a regular pulley in place of the stock idler pulley. no problem there. I have the stock pulley and the little metal "hat" thing that goes between the plate and the pulley itself. however, I think I am missing the piece that goes on the bolt that keeps the pulley centered on the bolt.

My question is... Where can I get a replacement to use with a ribbed pulley?

let me know if I need to explain that better.

Thanks,
Sean

I understand . the spacer you need will come from someone who removed their PS and AC. Rotorbrain for one I think .If you can not find a ribed pulley to fit ,I am sure my son can make one, as he has made all of the pulleys needed on a 3 rd gen ,even the crank pulley .

I have found a pulley that will work. isnt there a little piece that goes on the bolt and inside the idler pulley to keep it centered on the bolt? that is all I need.

Thanks,
Sean

sounds like you need a spacer bushing to fill up the difference between the pulley bearing and the mounting bolt ? ? ? ?Would that be correct ? ? ?

There should be a bushing in the old idler pulley for the PS/AC.
