Idle troubleshooting, what do you think?

Thanks for the recommendations,
Ill get it started at the 1/2 screw and then do the jumper idle adjustment.
My car is a 95, its got the AC R134 Hiroshima sticker and no EGR stuff in it but still had the paper gasket. Lucky me I guess?
gaskets arrive today to finish installing the turbo but I have a deck to build this weekend so its going to have to wait a few days before I can do all the reassembly and then try and rock and roll
