Idle speed valve not turning on....?

So I cut all the wires right at the base of the harness for the simplified sequential now my idle speed valve is not turning on when I turn on the ac. Does anyone know how I can get power to the idle speed valve ? Maybe when I cut the wires and wrapped them they must be grounding each other out? Which one should I look at first? I cut the warm up wire, the egr Wire, the air pump wire, the egr wires and the 2 wires coming for the emission plugs on the harness.

That is why you are suppose to know what you are doing before doing it.
That is why the FSMs have wiring schematics, and wires are color coded.
Read the manuals. Start in section F of the main manual.

Show us that you deserve to own a FD..

a little planning before you go and cut up a $1000 wiring harness is a good idea.

manuals are here Foxed.ca - Mazda RX-7 Manuals

As others have alluded to, Mazda daisy-chained the +12V power wire for the idle valve onto one of the other solenoid valve connectors. I don't think the Mazda wiring diagrams contain enough detail to describe this, but it's not too difficult to catch if you un-loom the harness branch that contains the idle valve as well as the branch near the solenoids you removed. Now that you know what to look for, it should be easy to find. In the future, try to trace every single wire before cutting.

j9fd3s, are you suggesting that the Mazda wiring diagrams show the location of all the splices and would have helped someone understand the exact path of the +12V power wire to the idle valve?

well the diagram does not show the branches specifically, but it very clearly does show the black/white wire powering all the solenoids.
