Idle speed and 2nd turbo problems
Hello, I have bought one 92' FD3 and basically it has this problems:
idle speed in 1100rpm. I have to tried adjust it with the AAS screw and the other screws in front of manifold and nothing, always it is in 1100rpm
The second turbo doesn't start to boosting if I accelerating very fast.
Very high gas consumption
Can you help me?
Thank you

there is another screw that can keep the 2 linked throttles a bit opened and cause high idle beyond the control of the idle control system ,
it is right on top of the whole "cable and throttle assembly" it is located right under the highest most "forward" bolt that links the TB to the UIM try playing with that as well
also you might have some vacuum leaks ,
have you checked your vacuum pressure at idle and boost ?
also your O2 is probly finished , just change it ~40 bux or so
hope it helps you start off

Ok, I think in the first time I must to revise all installation and I think I need to change the vacuum hoses and revise the electric valves.
Also I think, I have broken the O2 sensor and a bad combustion and a excesive gas consumption.
Thank you for help me.
