Idle question??

Here is what the car does. Usually when it is cold it cranks up fine and idles fine. When it is warm it would crank up fine idle around 400rpm for 5-10sec and then go to normal idle, its been doing this for 3-4 months, I just deal with it because its not that big of a deal. Well this morning I had a tough time getting it to crank, it took me cranking ~10sec. but once it cranked it idled fine. So I decided after it ran for 5-10sec I would shut it off before everything got warm and see what it did before I took off in it. Well it cranked up fine, except it idled around 400rpm for 5-10sec and then it was normal.

When I crank it and it is warm and I give it some gas it seams to make the low idle go away quicker, as in if I rev it it only idles low for 4-5sec. but if I just blip it it goes back to 400rpm for the first 5-10sec until it goes through its phase.

Its almost like it is flooding some when warm, and if I let it set there long enough for the engine to cool all the way off it is fine. I don't know what the deal was this morning. All I can think of is I had it jacked up on each side for 20-30 min last night changing and cleaning my wheels and that caused it, but it didn't do it last weekend.

It has a fairly new FPR~10Kmiles. Would a leaky injector cause this??

Mods are
PFC
full exhaust
BNR 3's
IC
Intake's
No emissions.

BTW the car runs fine it just idles funny when it is first cranked.

And its not the idle adjustment screw.

I also forgot to mention that I've had to take about 12% fuel out at idle to get it to idle smooth.

Could be leaky primaries....test to see if the fuel system maintains pressure after the car is shut off.
