check your idle motor and the harness. Its right behind the manifold between the engine and the top of the firewall...almost dead center on the car.

Long post but I really need the help.

Let me explain my problem better. I have a power fc and modded fuel system with an aggressive street port. The turbos are non seq with many other mods.

I can start the car with the atf trick every time. I have only gotten it to start twice without the trick. The car starts and runs fine throughout all rpms. I found a water leak while doing this and fixed it. Car never overheats or anyother problems.

When I turn the key the car gets between 400 and 700 rpm and sounds like its about to fire off and then the starter dies out and the car doesn't start. The second try is always less rpm.

9000 rpm and 6000 rpm?!

If so, I had the same problem after I converted to non-sequential. Right when I started it the first time, it shot up to 6000 rpm and made a horrible noise. It turned out that the ISC somehow wasn't on the UIM, although I don't remember even taking it off... Without it on, there was about a square inch hole letting air getting past the throttle body.

If it is really going up to 6000 rpm or even 9000 rpm (don't know how that would happen) then there HAS to be a HUGE hole in the UIM or LIM somewhere. Just make sure all your vacuum nipples are being used or plugged, the brake booster is connected, the ACV is either still on or blocked off, the ISC is on, the AWS hose is plugged or connected, etc.

you guys should do a search for idle and go through the hundred or so threads that already exist. there are a couple of good ones in the 'advanced tech' section you could try.
