this Idle Problem too
Ive got a almost stock jap spec Rx and out of nowhere my car is suddenly idling high around 1800 RPM (used to be 800) and it bounces between 1800 and 2200.
i read that a lot of rx had the same problem but noone posted the solution...
today i check all airlines but found nothing
my boost gauge is on vacuum and boosts up like normal....
NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

probably your tps
maybe you banged something in your engine bay to knock the tps out of its original position, or it's possible the tps got wet and is reading strangely now.
anyway search the forum on how to adjust the tps. it's fairly easy to do especially on jdm spec fd's since there is no aws hose in the way. all you need is a 20$ digital multimeter and a safety pin or paperclip.

did you check the things we just suggested? it could be a broken check valve, but why don't you check the things we suggested first as they are fairly likely the problem.
you can also try adjusting both of the idle screws near the throttle body.
