Idle problem. Help please

Got done with the sequential simplification and when cold my idle is really rough and low. It idles around the 400 RPM or so, but after it warms up it idles around 900 RPM.

Another problem I jsut noticed today is that when I'm idleing (warm or cold) and I turn on the a/c, the idle drops really low to aorund 100-200 rpm and the car wants to die.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you eliminate either the throttle body coolant lines or the cold idle cam?

I did it the other way on his site, I removed the spring and tightend the screw down all te way.

How would this effect the the a/c problem?

I think you'll need those if you want a smooth cold idle.

I don't really care if cold idle is rough. mainly whats bothering me is how it wants to die with the a/c on.
