Idle oddity with all lights / accessories off

Some of the time when I come to a stop (doesn't matter if clutch is in or out or if it's in gear or not), it'll idle @ ~500rpm (first line above the 0 line) for a few seconds until the ECU brings it back to normal, doesn't seem to do it at all if i run with the parking lights on, never stalls or does anything rather than being somewhat annoying

i checked the DTCs, nothing is stored and car runs great, boost pattern good, no other oddities (except that vac to 1-2 psi 3000rpm "stutter" i get ocassionally which i understand is common), has new plugs/o2 sensor/downpipe/alum ast, otherwise stock with 62k miles

i read the info on the tps calibration but it doesn't seem to exhibit the tip-in jerkyness or stalling others who re-calibrated complained of, just this crappy idle here and tehre for a few seconds

thanks for the input

i ended up checking the tps tonight which was in spec and paying very close attention to the idle beahvior between accessories/ac on and off, seemed to go to 750 with the lights on and ~500 off, so i turned the idle up very slightly so it's ~750 with nothing on, wonder why it was off hmm
