Just finished installing my new motor. when i first turned the car on Idle and everything was perfect. Coolant was low so i turned car off to add some more. After adding some coolant i started it again and let it warm up. After about ten min of warming up i gave it a small rev to about 3k. The rpms droped then motor started quickly reeving up to 3k and sudenly droping to 1k then back to 3k like its just jumping up and down.

I checked the vacum hoses and all seems well. its almost seems as if its trying to boost?
