Idle Issues

So I recently redid my vacuum lines and I was having an Idle issue shortly after. (Quality vacuum lines with zip ties/new viton check valves/one at a time and cleaned/checked the intake manifold....which was Clean as a whistle, surprisingly... i sprayed the Idle Air Control Valve with carb cleaner, whilst i was there and replaced the Upper intake manifold gasket for ****** and Giggles) Checked the TPS and it needed adjusting after the re-install. All was good, Then the idle kept getting higher after driving, and found the screw on the front of the throttlebody that acts as a (Stop?) was not tight and kept creeping down, raising the idle by pushing on the throttle. So i loosened the screw completely and reset my TPS according to the book and tightened the stop screw. Double checked all my vacuum lines, again. All was well. Then, the idle went weird after it sat for a few days. Checked around the IAC and noticed the wires were frayed right at the connector. Cut the connector off and Disassembled the clip. Soldered in new wires, tested them and fixed the issue. It idled down to 800-850ish and all was well once again. Got in the car this morning and warmed it up. As it warmed up, the idle slowly kicked down as usual, except it stayed at 1100-1400rpm, past 180 degrees. I figure there is an issue with the Fast Idle Cam/thermawax. I am at work and will fool with it later on my lunch break to make sure the cam is disengaging. Vacuum at 850 RPM is right at 16-17 inHG. Checked all the major hoses and I've updated most of the clamps. When spraying Carb cleaner i did not see any Spikes in idle/smoothness. If it sits there idling for 25 seconds or so, it sometimes will idle down and stay, but the second you blip the throttle, it goes back up to 1100-1400.

Am i on the right track here? Did i miss anything? Could I have a Faulty IAC or TPS? I am going to test the IAC tonight, when i get home to my shop.

Also,
I have a stock ECU.

started fooling around with the fast idle adjustment screw at lunch and noticed the screw was backed all the way out....a couple of twists that i could do with the hands and blips of the throttle revealed this to be the major issue. I'll adjust it when i get home and let you guys know my results.... :]
