Identify Stock FD Air Hose

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the missing (capped off) hose going to the airbox in the pic is. Anyone have an extra, or one not needed that they'd be willing to sell?

The missing hose of from the aircontrol valve. I think the shop manual calls it air relief or something. It has to do with emissions control. On and open air filter (Pettit intake) this is the hose that causes the Moo noise. If you are not worried about emissions, don't worry about the hose.

Ahh gotcha, so I take it this hose can be eliminated once the air/smog pump is removed with the Greddy pulleys. I'm having to wait before I remove the cat and air pump, being that I'm in Cali. It's horrible having parts in your garage that you cant put on (or don't want to take off every 2 years..)
