Ideas to help cure flooding at idle...

I've tried playing w/ the pim vault to lean/rich'n the car up to see if that helps but I'm still flooding at idle and deceleration. Its bad enough I'm only running off one rotor... the other one just sputters... backfires like a shotgun blast... Help!
Thanks,
Ryker

My OMP is out... and I'm getting 4.98 volts to the fuel pump. Also under the TPI selection on the PFC I've been told that the final should read between 2.2 and 2.4 ... mine does then jumps up into the 3.xx range! Also I swapped UIM's w/ vosko and my Idle will no longer drop to normal... only sits at 1500... if I blip the gas sometimes it will steady to 1100. All the emmissions stuff is gone.
