What are the chances of TurboJeff or someone making a tray for the 51R yellow top battery?

Yes, it's a battery commonly used on Hondas.

Yup, I got a yellow optima 51R from costco recently

Optima started production on them again. The specs are a little different from the original model though.

i think i have that one.. ill sell it if someone needs it since i relocated my battery......... anybody know the dimensions so i can make sure its the right size?

 

Jeff has been helping me with my build. I mentioned that people were looking for more of his trays (6-12 months ago) and he seemed uninterested in putting the work into organizing production and dealing with distribution. I'll pass the thread on though.

 

Another round is always possible. The problem is quantity. 20 is the minimum qty to get a decent cost on making the trays. 40 trays makes the cost reasonable. I get probably 1-2 PMs a month about the trays but I typically don't respond.

If someone wants to put a group buy together I will support it, quantity has to be over 20.
