I want to drive my 7 off a cliff
I just finished replacing the turbos and put everything back together. I go to start my car and it does not turn over. It had been sitting for about a month before I could get around to replacing the turbos. So maybe the rotors have locked up. I squirted some ATF into the bottom spark plug holes and I am letting it sit over night. If anyone has any insight or helpful info I would appreciate it. Otherwise I will go to the garage tomorrow and undoubtebly face the gruesome truth that I must now replace my engine.

If you're gonna drive it off a cliff, how about I come and take it off your hands, you sign over the title to me and I will replace the battery.
Its just the battery. Replace it, charge it, or jump start it.

The clickiing you hear is the solenoid pushing the gear into the flywheel, but it does not have enough power to keep it there and spin it, so it retreats and tries over. Gear start it (get it to a roll in gear with clutch in, then pop it out...) but remember not to push it down a hill you can't get it back up! Good luck...

Well, you could have a bad starter. Or like everyone said maybe you disconnected a groundwire so its not fully grounded and isn't drawing enough power to the starter..... Good luck if you do decided to drive/umm push it off a cliff could I have the car before you do that.

check the battery cables for proper contact
my neg. cable was so brittle and coated with crap that it didn't have proper contact, the starter would click but the engine would not turn

Happened to me a month or 2 ago. I checked the battery at Sears and they said it had no amps at all. It turned out that someone left the door open all night which kept the light on.

Sorry I have been out of town for a while guys. Thanks alot for all your input. I can't wait to get back down to the garage and work on my 7, but I have to wait till Friday because of work. I will post what happens as soon as I get down there. Perhaps it is not as bad as I though it would be.
P.S. I could never push her off a cliff. We have a love hate relationship.
