first of all the car has an upgrade fuel pump and it has 3mm seals. The previous said he has had up to 19 psi. So i didnt think 14.5psi would blow anything up. It was not running lean and the injectors were far from being maxed out. Its being looked at today so I will have my answer this afternoon or tomoroow morning
lean or not, the car is turned for lets say 10-12psi, which is the max about what the stock injectors can spit out, so even if you have a new upgraded fuel pump, not gonna matter much if you dont have the injectors big enough to spit the right amount of fuel into the car.. so if the car is tuned for 12 psi max and you turn up the boost to 14-15psi, the ecu doesnt know how much fuel to spit out to compensate for the higher boost, and even if it could you still may have blown the motor.. why? because the small injectors would of been maxed out about 13psi
I was tuned at 12-13psi with stock injectors back in the day and hit 100% on my injector duty a couple times (which is very dangerous because it leave no room for error) so i go bigger injectors and a retune.

The stock injectors on twins are good for I think 14.7 psi or roughly 350 hp. That is pushing it close to the limits and why people normally say after 325hp you want to start working on fuel system.

I made the same mistake as the OP when I was younger. Power FC, no cats, stock engine converted (badly) to non-sequential, and I upped the boost over 1.00 Bar. It went well for a short period, and then at a track day the stock primary turbo sheared the compressor wheel off the shaft. The compressor wheel obliterated the turbocharger alloy housing, and sent debris into the intake system.
I thought the turbo shaft must have been suspect, so I put new 99 spec turbos on, and tried again. This time it blew the apex seals on the rear rotor, because the engine was a high mileage stocker with low compression and wasnt up for the job.
Got it right third time around though

I will when I get my car back. I having the compression test to be 100% certain. They seemed very knowledgable about rotaries when I took it down to AZ Rotary rockets. Also I have the common 5th gear synchro grind thats fairly common so I am going to try to get it all fixed at once. I will tommorow morning the verdict and the damage

Alright the verdict is rear rotor is blown...............parting out the engine exhaust, ecu and anything else not compatible with an LS1 check out the classifed section for any parts

keep your cat back (if its a 3")....your radiator (if its not stock), coolant temp sensor, and oil pressure sensor. thats all i can think of for now. just remember getting rid of all that stuff then wishing i had kept it.
