which connection?

Want to race--- I pulled the box out of the door panel and picked it up there was like 5-6 connections solderd to the bottem but i think its the plastic clip the you use to put the window up--- The passanger side and driver side lost resistance.

I had this happen to me twice. The switch on the driver's door would lower the passenger window, but when you pulled up on the switch to raise the window, there was no resistance on the switch. I'm not talking about electrical resistance, I'm talking about physical resistance, you know that springy feeling that returns the switch to its neutral position. I was able to disassemble the switch and repair a little broken actuator lever inside with super glue (no electrical work required). I was able to operate the pass. window with the pass. door switch. The next time it broke about 18 - 24 months later, (the glue finally gave way) I had warranty replace it.
