isnt there some kind of book or shop manual or something that will help me out with things??? whats a good one that everybody recommends???

 

My '94 Workshop Manual came in two parts from Mazda:

1) Part No. 9999-95-018S-94, which is the "1994 Mazda RX-7Workshop Manual," and
2) Part No. 9995-95-085F-94, titled "1994 Mazda RX-7 Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual."

IIRC, they cost about $90 total from Mazda.

You can find the factory FD shop manual on ebay. Seems to be the standard for everyone when it comes to mechanical tech on the car. Be sure it comes with electrical diagrams as I've seen some without them.

 

I came across a shop manulal on the http://www.mazdaformance.com/rx7.htm website under the RX-7 Tune-up section. Hope this helps
