Well I finally got to drive it around, and it is done. Got all of 66 miles on the new streetported engine. Drives like a dream. Sounds awesome, looks great. Yes it is Pink, but before you say anything you have to see it first. You will be misinformed in you think it is actually pink. I mean I do not like the color pink, but this car looks pretty nice. Rotorsports Racing did the work, great guys, awesome job, engine feels strong, lot of helpful info. A+++ for them. Here are the before pics when Dexmex88 owned the car.

Seriously Everyone who has made fun or said that it would look gay has changed there mind as soon as they saw it. Quote from tonight on the town from a guy I know who hadn't saw the car, "Damn, I thought the damn thing was gonna be pink, everyone said it was. It looks more like a purple pink burgundy fusia kinda thing."

Yes, for now, but not for long. I almost bought a 5-speed parts car last week. I will as soon as a find a low mileage one for cheap.

HE did catch alot of FLACK about the COLOR and AUTO.

Dexmex was a loser kid who couldn't afford the car. He came on this board 10 times a day crying crying because not only did he buy a pink car but it was also a piece of ****. Glad you got it running and nicely modded. Seriously though....paint it. Seriously.

 

No, he isn't done I don't think, but he is done with the FD for now until he can afford more. He wants a Turbo II. He still loves the FD, I took him in a ride in it last night. I thought he was going to freak, since he had never ridden in one that wasn't blown. The car was blown when he bought it, and I told him that. Well, that didn't stop him from buying it anyway. He drove it blown for 1,000 miles, I new the power was weak. I don't care what anyone says about the color, I think it looks damn good. Hell of a paint job. The auto sucks *** though, no low end at all.

 

My bad, I didn't notice it was balck. I was looking for pink. Great job.

 

Loser, haha hope he sees that! Anyway, he is pretty cool, just made a dumbass decision with a little salary. The car was a piece of ****, took a lot of work to get it where it is now. I can't paint it, it grows on me every day I have it. It really isn't pink, I don't even know how to explain it. Next time I go out I will take a night picture so you can see the true color.
