I installed a fmic but now electrical problems

I just finished installing my Apexi fmic. Everything was great till i went to go start it. It started fine but the head lights poped up. When i would turn the headlights on the headlights will pop back down but they were lighted. So i decided to disconect the battery when i started it back up the light were down when i went to turn on the radio the fans would pop up. When i turned off the radio the headlights poped down. Also i dont think that fans are working becuase usually when i put the AC on the fans would turn on but they wouldn't. Also the w-temp on the PFC read 104*c and the fans still hadn't turned on. So im a little confused.
Possiable reasons. The set of four relays that are on the bottom left where taken off to paint the bracket. When the relays were off it rained and possiable wet the relays. Also the front fuse/relay box is not boltted down anywhere. Other then that the intercooler lookes perfect. I'll post pictures in another thread.

Did you move the 2 ground connectors that are right where the ic gets placed? When I did this I didn't know they were grounds and just moved them without finding another good ground spot, had all kinds of wierd stuff happen like you did.
