I am just wondering if this is normal, or if i should be concerned about anything.

differential maybe?

Though that's usually more of a thumping, it might sound quieter like a clicking because it's so far behind you?

its definaetly from the front And a diff, why would that creak only when turning the wheels?

Would the Pillow ***** be a thing to be concerned about? Maye there ready to be replaced? its a constant click though, almost like something is hitting something. Ill try to record it maybe.

Well, I had the diff blow in a different car(not the FD), though that car had a transaxle, just before it went out it would make a thumping noise when I was turning.

if it was a fwd transaxle setup, that thumping was from the different halfshaft speeds (one wheel turns faster than the other while turning). I guess a RWD diff could make some wierd noises if it is on the way out. hmmm..

As for the OP's question. If the sound is from the front and only when turning you have a few things to check out. EVERYTHING attached to the front suspension. don't forget the check out the steering tie rods.. or whatever they're called. You may just have a worn bushing or 8.... or it could be a loose bolt. get out your FSM and torque everything to spec.
