I Hear Clicking when turning the wheel
Hey guys, my FD has this weird "click, click, click, click" When im cranking the steering wheel. Its not ffrom the inside, it somes from the outside.
I am just wondering if this is normal, or if i should be concerned about anything.

its definaetly from the front And a diff, why would that creak only when turning the wheels?
Would the Pillow ***** be a thing to be concerned about? Maye there ready to be replaced? its a constant click though, almost like something is hitting something. Ill try to record it maybe.

if it was a fwd transaxle setup, that thumping was from the different halfshaft speeds (one wheel turns faster than the other while turning). I guess a RWD diff could make some wierd noises if it is on the way out. hmmm..
As for the OP's question. If the sound is from the front and only when turning you have a few things to check out. EVERYTHING attached to the front suspension. don't forget the check out the steering tie rods.. or whatever they're called. You may just have a worn bushing or 8.... or it could be a loose bolt. get out your FSM and torque everything to spec.

yea i think it has to do with the suspension too, cause if the suspension is being used, the same click noise happens, hmmm. Ill see whast i can find. Thanks for all the input guys!
