i have new working dials want my old milage

First off all thanks to evryone on forum always helpfull

2nd im happy to say my spedo is working dont need to leave sat nav in
Its in km ( will switch to mph next time i take out )
Turned out to be the rpm earth lol fixed fuel gauge to ( the earth is connected to few other sensors and to a plug )

My old dials has the milage of car in and the new set is out by a lot and want my MOTS to match as due in 3 months ( not a big deal i can always disconect it )
Is there a way to switch the 2 ( old dials no longer disply milage just light lol) im sure i can figure it out but if some 1 has already done it would save me on lot of time
Is it as easy as switching the ic,s over

Search for DaleClark write up on how to convert a JDM cluster. He covers how to switch from KM to miles, and swap odometer chips to correct the mileage. I followed it to correct my odometer when I swapped my ruined cluster for a working one.
